At EQUIDRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your equestrian adventures, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your EQUIDRY gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is free from horse hair or dirt.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
