Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days. We offer worldwide shipping, with international delivery times typically ranging from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for items that don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How should I wash and care for my EQUIDRY gear?
To maintain the waterproof coating, machine wash at 30 degrees using a non-biological liquid or specialized tech-wash. Avoid fabric softeners and do not tumble dry; always hang to air dry.
